At about 6:45 PM on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the facility on Owerri Road some Gunmen invaded the showroom and abduct three people.
Anambra State Police Command has confirmed an attack by gunmen at the Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing (IVM) showroom in Nnewi, where three individuals were abducted.
SP Tochukwu Ikenga, Anambra command Public Relations Officer, the police have launched a joint operation involving multiple security forces to rescue the abductees and apprehend the perpetrators. In a statement he said…..
“The Police Command is determined and is already working with information obtained from the scene for the ongoing rescue operations. “The Command also urges residents or anyone with useful information that will aid the investigation to come forward to the Command headquarters, Awka, or the nearest police station,”
